The Toyota Corolla has been completely redesigned for 2020. The new generation of the popular sedan offers even more with the arrival of the all-new Toyota Corolla Hybrid.
For 2020, the Toyota Corolla is offered in six distinct versions, the Corolla L, LE, SE, XLE, XSE, and the big news of the year, the first hybrid version offered on a Corolla sedan.

Under the hood, two 4-cylinder engines are offered in the 2020 Toyota Corolla, a 1.8-litre that delivers 139 horsepower and a 2.0-litre developing 169 horsepower. As for the Corolla Hybrid, a 1.8-litre engine specially designed for a hybrid application, coupled with two electric motor-generators that propel the car can be found. In addition, thanks to the new global architecture platform from Toyota, the Corolla Hybrid does not lose any space in the passenger compartment compared to the traditional version.

Who says hybrid, says improved fuel consumption and the Toyota Corolla hybrid does not disappoint. Indeed, although the regular Corolla offers an impressive fuel economy, the Corolla Hybrid is in another world with fuel consumption ratings of less than 5.0 litres per 100 kilometres.
